Every business has a product or service that is loved by their faithful consumers. For Starbucks it’s a variety of specialty coffees, for Subway  it’s a variety of subs.

Many HGTV (Home and Garden Television) fans may have noticed their most recent marketing campaign. The campaign asks viewers to submit pictures that represent what they love about their home on Instagram and Twitter, using the hashtag #LoveHome.

Since launching on December 20, 2012 the campaign has received more than 40,000 submissions. HGTV shares the images on their website and through television advertisements where they encourage more viewers to submit photos.

The campaign allows viewers to be a part of the advertisements they see on HGTV everyday while allowing HGTV to increase their social media followers and expose all their viewers to their brand: home.
