It’s the first weekend in March and if you’re looking for something to do around Hampton Roads this weekend, there is plenty going on. Check out some of these area happenings:

  • Hampton Roads Tattoo Arts Festival – Hampton Roads Convention Center – Hampton – Mark your calendars for  March 2nd, 3rd and, 4th 2012. The 2nd Annual Hampton Roads Tattoo Fest is going to be better than ever. Hundreds of tattoo artists, tons of vendors, and live music/shows all weekend.
  • Death of A Salesman – Wells Theatre – Norfolk – Willy Loman’s insatiable quest for the “American Dream” has kept him blind to the people who truly loved him.  A thrilling play of deep and revealing beauty that remains one of the most profound dramas in American theater, Death of a Salesman won the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Best Play.
  • Godfrey – Funny Bone Comedy Club – Virginia Beach – Godfrey is one of the hottest comedians in the business. You have seen him in movies, TV, in commercials, he just filmed a Comedy Central special in January. Don’t miss this show, he is one funny guy.
  • Norfolk Admirals Hockey – Norfolk Scope – Norfolk – The Norfolk Admirals bring the longest winning streak in team history back to the Scope this weekend with 2 games against the Springfield Falcons on Friday and Saturday. The Admirals are in the lead of both the Eastern Division and the Eastern Conference.
