Superbowl XLVI does not kick off until 6:29 pm on Sunday. While many of us are waiting for the rematch of the New York Giants and the New England Patriots, what are we going to do until then?

There are some good happenings this weekend in Hampton Roads on this first weekend in February. Check them out:

  • Orphee – Harrison Opera House – Norfolk – The Virginia Opera presents Philip Glass’ operatic thriller, following the psychological journey of the Famous poet Orphee.
  • Tool w/ Special Guest – Hampton Coliseum – Hampton – Tool has been a hard-rock staple for the last 2 decades, come check out their energy packed tour.
  • J Medicine Hat – Funny Bone Comedy Club – Virginia Beach – Come check out this hilarious hypnotizing comedian. I have personally seen him previously at the Funny Bone and he was over the top.
  • Eric Church – Ted Constant Convocation Center – Norfolk – Come check out hit country artist Eric Church and “The Blood, Sweat, & Beers” Tour.

This is just a sampling of all the great events in the Hampton Roads area this weekend. If your looking for something else, there is always plenty of local productions and talent in the area, make sure to check them out as well.

If you make it to any of these events, we would love to see, tweet us a picture @jasegroup. What are your Superbowl plans? Who will win? Tweet us your answers as well. As always, please feel free to share this with friends.
