William and Mary logoRecently our CEO, Keith Parnell, made a presentation to the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary.

This is a short video from his presentation that does a fantastic job of explaining the inbound marketing process through today’s sales funnel. Check it out:

In today’s business world the consumer holds all the control in the sales process because everything is online. The difference is that when a business is using an inbound marketing plan, the consumer that initiates contact has already been qualified.

The potential client is qualified because of the content that was created by your business and placed in the right location to be found. In other words, the consumer was looking for what you were preaching, and the argument was convincing enough for them to initiate contact.

This process leads to increased lead generation and easier conversion of sales. The only back end issue for your sales team is to make sure the sales team is effectively handling the generated leads. This, however, can be handled with a quality customer relationship management tool. A quality CRM tool will capture the leads as they are generated and process them for your sales team, eliminating any delay that would cause cooling of the sales lead.

How does your business handle today’s sales funnel? Is your business struggling to qualify leads? Sit down with JASE today and let’s talk about how we can help your sales process. As always, please feel free to share this article with friends.
