Business Development Associate

Business Development Associate – 6 positions available – JASE Group is seeking a Business Development Associate who will support the company's creative advertising and public relations vision. The Business Development Associate will be comfortable and effective with telephone and email communications and working in an environment with the latest and most cutting edge technologies. The JASE Business Development Associate is an independent contractor position with the potential for rapid advancement to include a possible full-time assignment with JASE Group. Bright, ambitious, young professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be passionate about your work.
Contact and qualify leads and prospects.
Identifying high-potential prospects and transition them into new clients.
Be comfortable with not being restricted by geographic territory.
Set and meet appointments via telephone, email, and video (Skype).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities through the JASE Marketing Manager CRM toolset.

QUALIFICATIONS

Outgoing, high energy, and motivated sales professional.
Background in business development and marketing required.
Strong preference for candidates with Internet and technology background.
Exceptional writer, clear communicator, strategic thinker.
Experience with a CRM or other marketing automation tool is a plus.

Internships

College internships at JASE Group provide hands-on experiences that will be a vital, learning part of your college training. Our internship program allows students to experience first-hand the reality of working in the advertising, marketing and technology industries. College internship positions with JASE are available year-round with the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge and obtain valuable job experience while establishing professional contacts. JASE will work with the intern and college or university to ensure measurable learning goals are developed.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be registered at a two-year or four-year accredited college or university in a curriculum relating to the JASE internship position.
Must have an overall 2.0 GPA or better throughout the intern session with JASE.
Must obtain and complete any forms necessary by the college or university to receive credit for the internship experience.

COMPENSATION & WORK HOURS

Internships are unpaid.
Internship positions are available at 10-15 hours per week, with specific schedule agreed upon in advance.
Flexible work hours are available.

Content Marketing Associate

Content Marketing Associate – 2 positions available – JASE Group is seeking a Content Marketing Associate who will support the company's content-based Inbound Marketing and Public Relations efforts. Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager, the Content Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing targeted, white-hat link-building techniques, on-page keyword-based content strategies, and social media marketing initiatives to improve JASE's and JASE clients' organic search engine performance. The JASE Content Marketing Associate is an entry-level independent contractor position with the potential for rapid advancement to include a possible full-time assignment with JASE Group. Bright, ambitious, social media savvy recent college graduates or upper classmen on track to graduate are highly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create creative, applicable blog content and actively nurture that content via relevant social media channels.
Populate popular social communities with highly appealing content that has good viral capability.
Become very familiar with 2-3 industry verticals and leverage that expertise to create new content for client blogs.
Write keyword rich and SEO optimized news releases and distribute via major online press release networks.
Stay current with the latest trends in inbound marketing, content marketing, social signals, link building, search engine optimization, and social media.
Execute constant outreach to high-value websites in an effort to generate quality inbound links.
Develop relationships with leading online influencers (reporters, builder & real estate bloggers, mommy bloggers, medical industry bloggers, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (or working toward a bachelor's degree) in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or similar discipline.
Zest for Inbound Marketing, social media interaction, SEO, link building and blogging.
Understanding of, or at least a strong desire to learn, Google Analytics and social media monitoring software such as HootSuite, TweetDeck and Seesmic.
Exceptional writer, clear communicator, strategic thinker.
Interest in learning and applying key online marketing concepts and trends.
Extremely organized, with an optimistic, proactive attitude.
