On Tuesday, October 4, 2011, the Norfolk Waterside Marriott is hosting the 12th Annual “State of the Region Address” Breakfast that gives business and community leaders an opportunity to discuss the state of the region’s economy.

Koch, president emeritus and professor of Economics at Old Dominion University. This year’s topics will include defense spending, the port and tourism, the housing market, regional transportation options and a look at how TV stations cover the news.
