Office 15 as Microsoft is calling it, is the next generation of Microsoft Office products and services. On January 30th, Microsoft announced, from their blog, that they were beginning a technical preview of the new office suite. The previewers would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement to demo the product.

Microsoft would not release any details of the new office suite, but did reveal that with the upgrade they will, for the first time ever, simultaneously update all facets of their product. Microsoft said they would be updating their cloud services, servers, and mobile and PC clients for Office, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Project, and Visio.

The public beta version of Office 15 will debut this summer and Microsoft said they would have more to share about the release then.

Businesses are always looking for the next advantage. A complete office suite like Office 15 could be that advantage for a fighting small business.

How will the complete integration with cloud, mobile, and PC help your business? Have you remained faithful to Microsoft or have you gone with other free office suites? Tweet us @jasegroup and let us know what you think. As always, please feel free to share this with friends.
