Old Dominion University is reaching out to the youth of Hampton Roads with their Future Engineers Summer Camp. This is a great opportunity for the children and teenagers of Hampton roads to further their interests in engineering. There are several opportunities for your child to attend camp this summer.
Middle Schoolers: June 27 – July 1, July 11 – 15, and August 8 – 1; The camp is Monday – Friday 9AM – 4:30 PM and tuition is $350

ODU’s Future Engineers Summer Camp is a week full of creative and hands on activities in engineering disciplines including mechanical, civil, marine and electrical engineering. Students are exposed to these disciplines through professional demonstrations, participation in hands-on activities and design in a teamwork environment. Examples of activities include design for the environment, understanding materials, motion, jet engine demonstration, circuit board design, contest and computer simulations.
We, here at JASE, want to commend Old Dominion University for reaching out to the future engineers of the world and for knowing how important it is in providing this opportunity. JASE Digital Media actively looks to get involved in giving back to the Hampton Roads community. If you or your organization is looking for help, contact our team today.
