ABOUT THE SPEAKER

With over 30 years of experience in management, marketing and communications, Teresa Rivera’s career has included corporate, non-profit, and government organizations. Teresa currently is with the US Department of the Interior.

Over the course of her career, she has led national marketing programs, developed successful strategic communications, implemented award-winning marketing initiatives, and redesigned brand identities. Working in partnership with major corporations and government agencies, including Hallmark, AT&T, Disney, IBM, the Department of Defense, and the US Mint, Teresa is known throughout government and industry as a leader in branding and integrated marketing communications.

She is a published author and sought-after speaker, and frequently makes presentations to such groups as the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI), the National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC), and many others.
