It does now. JASEtech can provide support over the phone, Internet, and in person by our senior, experienced technicians.

 

Technical Support Package

JASEtech will provide network and technical support for all hardware and software products for a standard fee of $150 per hour for all time involved from the time a technician answers the call. Other pre purchased block special rates are available per the chart below. The minimum telephone support charge is 15 minutes and the minimum onsite support charge is 1 hour.

Premium Technical Support Package

JASEtech will provide Premium Technical Support for a fee. All Premium Technical Support packages are available at a minimum of 10-hour pre purchased blocks. Other pre purchased block special rates are available per the chart below. This allows you to be able to call JASE’s Technical Support Department and receive assistance immediately if a technician is available or a call back from a technician within an average of four (4) hours if one is not available at the time the call is placed.

Web Support Package

JASEtech will provide web support of web entities including websites, blogs, supporting software, supporting data systems, CMS, DNS configurations, and web server configurations for a standard fee of $75 per hour for all time involved from the time a a developer or engineer answers the call. Other pre purchased block special rates are available per the chart below. The minimum telephone support charge is 15 minutes and the minimum project, issue, or upgrade support charge is 1 hour.
