Technical Support



Our JASEtech Support division offers complete network setup to computer repair and desktop support. We are your complete and affordable outsource IT department for your office or home that can address all major IT issues such as compliance, data integrity, product upgrades and software support on any level.

JASEtech performs an initial evaluation of your network and computers with the goal of utilizing your existing equipment or providing an affordable, long term solution.

Does your organization have help desk support?

It does now. JASEtech can provide support over the phone, Internet, and in person by our senior, experienced technicians.

Technical Support Package

JASEtech will provide network and technical support for all hardware and software products for a standard fee of $150 per hour for all time involved from the time a technician answers the call. Other pre purchased block special rates are available per the chart below. The minimum telephone support charge is 15 minutes and the minimum onsite support charge is 1 hour.

Premium Technical Support Package

JASEtech will provide Premium Technical Support for a fee. All Premium Technical Support packages are available at a minimum of 10-hour pre purchased blocks. Other pre purchased block special rates are available per the chart below. This allows you to be able to call JASE’s Technical Support Department and receive assistance immediately if a technician is available or a call back from a technician within an average of four (4) hours if one is not available at the time the call is placed.
