Walt Taylor has been the Creative Director of JASE Group LLC, an innovative Creative Advertising & Public Relations Agency, since 2008. JASE is based in Norfolk, VA. In the past, Walt served as Creative Director for Stratum Marketing, Creative Director for Barker Campbell Farley Advertising Agency. He has many years of experience in the fields of Advertising Art Direction, Marketing (traditional, online and social media), Illustration and Web Design.

Walt has been an award-winning Art Director and Creative Director for major advertising agencies in the Hampton Roads area. He has created TV spots, radio spots, print ads, outdoor, point-of-sale for a variety of clients, including the Virginia Lottery, Sentara Health Systems, Northwest Airlines, the Internal Revenue Service, Sovran Bank, and the Virginian-Pilot, among many others.

Walt has extensive experience in the travel and tourism field, creating television and print advertising for the City of Virginia Beach, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Downtown Norfolk, Water Country USA and Kings Island, among others. As a long-time member of the creative team for Virginia Beach tourism, he was deeply involved in creating marketing and brand strategies.

As Interactive Creative Director in the Hampton Roads area, Walt designed and supervised development of web presences for many clients, including SuperClubs, Allen Management (owner of several hotels in the area), the Chrysler Museum, Children’s Hospital of Oakland, the Virginia Zoo, Vandeventer Black (attorneys), and several condominium developments including Norfolk Spectrum at Willoughby and King’s Pointe at Western Branch. This work involved not only the development of websites and associated mini-sites, but the creation of marketing plans, brand campaigns, social media campaigns, email campaigns, banner ads, animated features, logo design, podcasts, and much more.
